Chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) is a haematological malignancy requiring careful disease monitoring and appropriate systemic therapy. Dr. Deepak Garg has a strong research interest in CML and was the first author of the NILLOW Phase II randomised trial, which evaluated a low-dose diet-modified nilotinib strategy compared with standard imatinib in newly diagnosed chronic-phase CML.
